'La Paillote' bar, a rallying point and a place to meet and relax, is open from 10 am every day You can enjoy refreshments or Caribbean cocktails as you wish at any time of the day. It overlooks the Waterfall Swimming Pool and is open until 11 pm. You can have a seat at the bar or at a table with friends and enjoy the view from wide bay windows that reveal all the beauty of the Fort de France bay, while our stage comes alive in the early evening with our activity coordinators starting at 7 pm.
